Each tenant is responsible for contacting Com Ed in order to connect/disconnect its electricity service.  Each tenant will be billed directly by Com Ed for electricity service for their suite.  Com Ed’s phone number is (800) 334-7661.

Telephones

Each tenant is responsible for handling the installation of its own phone service and phone system.  The carrier for local phone service in this area is Ameritech.  Please contact the management office to coordinate installation.
