  1. Tenant assumes full responsibility for protecting its space from theft, robbery and pilferage which includes keeping doors locked and windows and other means of entry to the leased premises closed. 
  2. Tenant shall not alter any lock or install a new or additional lock or any bolt on any door of the leased premises without prior written consent of Landlord.  If Landlord shall give its consent, Tenant shall in each case furnish Landlord with a key or any such lock.
  3. In advertising or other publicity, without Landlord’s prior written consent, Tenant shall not use the name of the Building except as the address of its business and shall not use pictures of the Building.
  4. Tenant shall not make any room-to-room canvass to solicit business from other tenants in the Building; and shall not exhibit, sell or offer to sell, use, rent or exchange in or from the leased premises unless ordinarily embraced within the Tenant’s use of the leased premises specified herein.
  5. Tenant shall not waste electricity, water or air conditioning and agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord to assure most effective operation of the Building’s heating and air conditioning, and shall not allow the adjustment (except by Landlord’s authorized building personnel) of any controls other than room thermostats installed for Tenant’s use.  Tenant shall keep corridor doors closed and shall not open any windows except that if the air circulation shall not be in operation, windows that  open may be opened with Landlord’s consent.
  6. Tenant shall not do any cooking in the leased premises or engage any coffee cart service.
